Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PayOn Money website, dashboard, APIs, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Provided

PayOn Money provides a suite of digital and financial services aimed at simplifying everyday transactions and supporting financial inclusion, including:

• Recharge Services: Mobile, DTH, and Data Card recharges.
• Utility Payments: Electricity, water, gas, and other bills.
• Domestic Money Transfer (DMT): Secure transfers within India.
• AEPS Services: Aadhaar Enabled Payment System transactions.
• Insurance Booking: Facilitating booking of insurance products.
• API Services: Recharge & utility APIs for partners and businesses.

Service features and availability may be updated, enhanced, or discontinued from time to time.

User Registration & Account

To access certain features (such as money transfer, AEPS, APIs, or agent services), you may need to create a PayOn Money account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up.
• Keep your profile and contact details updated at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities carried out using your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws to use PayOn Money. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Payment for Services

Certain services offered on PayOn Money are chargeable. All applicable fees, charges, and taxes (if any) will be clearly displayed prior to confirming a transaction.

Payments may be made using:

• Debit / Credit cards
• Net Banking / Bank transfers
• UPI and supported wallets
• Authorized third-party payment gateways

We reserve the right to revise or update fees at any time with prior notice where required by law.

User Responsibilities

By using PayOn Money, you agree that you will:

• Use the platform only for lawful, genuine, and permitted purposes.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities.
• Not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Immediately inform us of any suspicious or unauthorized access to your account.

Service Availability

While we aim to keep our services available and running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance and upgrades.
• Network or connectivity issues.
• Failures or outages at third-party providers or partners.
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (in whole or part) at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayOn Money shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

• Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
• Failed, delayed, or declined transactions attributable to third-party systems.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to use our platform and services at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to PayOn Money (with or without prior notice) if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• We are required to comply with legal, regulatory, or court directions.

You may also request closure of your account by contacting our support team. Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi.

Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or internal policies.

Significant updates will be communicated via our website or email. Your continued use of PayOn Money after such changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
